Reiki Spirit is run solely by me, Karen. I am a
Level 2 Reiki Practitioner registered with the UK Reiki Federation. I have been practising Reiki since 2015, and am now starting to expand my practice.

I was seriously ill a few years back and during my traditional treatment I first experienced Reiki from this practitioner. I’m certainly not suggesting that it cured my illness, but it made some very difficult circumstances much more bearable. I still enjoy the benefits of Reiki today, albeit in much better health.

If you think this is all snake oil, nothing I say will change your mind, but if you are open minded and could use some peace, serenity or even just a temporary relaxing escape from the noise and stress of modern life, you might just be surprised at how beneficial Reiki is.
